Customer must notify Nakedpress within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund if they item is faulty, damaged or in the case or an order error by Nakedpress. Please provide a photo/image of the damaged/incorrect item via email. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, unless the case of an order error by Nakedpress, any return shipping costs incurred by the customer will be reimbursed or credited to your account.
If the buyer simply does not want the item anymore and it is unopened buyer can get a partial refund or the product minus what it costed Nakedpress to ship. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
If the buyer is simply not happy please send us a message or email and explain and we can provide a partial refund depending on the situation and reason. We have the right to assess the product of returned goods prior to offering a replacement, exchange or refund. Replacement orders will not be shipped out until we receive the original goods first. If customer requires the order to be replaced/resent straight away it may be necessary for the customer to pay for goods to be replaced depending on the situation (of why it is being replaced) and Nakedpress may reimburse once we received the first return.
If the error was made by the buyer when placing their order their item can be returned if reported within 7 days and products are unopened. But it may not be refunded 100%, Nakedpress has the right to refund the item minus what it costed Nakedpress to send. If the buyer is returning the product it must be packed well to avoid damage during transit. Please provide as much detail as possible so that we can process your request accurately & promptly.
If item gets lost during transit Nakedpress is not held responsible and a refund or a replacement may not be given, depending on the situation.
